Fiber means thin strands of thread which are made up of still thinner strands. Fibers are obtained from plants and animals like cotton, jute, silk and wool. We know wool is obtained from the fleece of sheep or goat. For many years people are used natural fiber but nowadays we are using some artificial fibers. These artificial fibers are made from chemical substances which are called as synthetic fibers, for instance, polyester and nylon.




            People are widely using all type of fabric materials but some natural fibers are given cooling and felling about nature. So mostly people are preferred cotton materials. Some chemical material like polyester is perfect but feel warmly. 

Cotton

Cotton is usually cultivated in black soil and warm climate. The fruits are cotton is just like a lemon in size, after maturing these cotton fruits are burst open and we can seen cotton fibers. A process is need to separate fibers from seed that is called ginning process.

Jute

Definitely jute fibers are obtained from the stem of jute plants. In India, jute fibers are grown in west Bengal, Bihar and Assam. This jute plant is much needed in India, because the bag of jute fiber is easily handled by common people and also environmental friendly.
